The Health & Human Services segment of the Philip L. Graham Fund’s giving portfolio focuses on organizations serving those in greatest need in our community. Organizations providing shelter, food, medical care, and counseling to low income members of our community remain a high priority for the Fund. The Fund does not accept proposals from hospitals.
